What your carpet cleaning includes

1. Walk through together

Show us the rooms, spots and busy walkways. We’ll check the carpet, discuss any concerns and confirm your price.

2. Clean the carpet

Pre-treatment, agitation where needed, and truck-mounted hot water extraction loosen and remove everyday soil. Steam cleaning is the service—not an extra charge.

3. Review the results

We’ll go over the cleaned areas and explain drying and aftercare. Worn fibers, dye loss and some stains cannot be reversed by cleaning.

Clear small items and fragile belongings before we arrive. Let us know about furniture moving, access or special carpet-care instructions when booking.

Need a little more cleaned?

Pet odors

Urine may reach below the carpet into padding or subfloor. We’ll explain whether treatment, deeper cleanup or replacement is needed.

Stubborn spots

Point out spills and anything you’ve already used on them. Specialty spot treatments cost extra and are always your choice.

Dirty carpet—or a shadow in the fibers?

A dark walkway is not always a stain. Soil, worn fibers, and the direction the carpet pile lies can all change how it looks. More than one can be present in the same area.

Dirt and traffic-lane wear

Shoes track soil into the routes you use most. Cleaning removes removable soil, but repeated foot traffic can also flatten the pile or leave yarn tips tangled together. A clean traffic lane can still look different from the less-used carpet beside it. Cleaning cannot replace worn fibers.

Light, pile direction, and shading

Light reflects differently from the tips and sides of carpet yarn. When the pile leans in different directions, an area can look dark from one end of the room and lighter from the other. That is why vacuum tracks and footprints can show even on clean carpet. Persistent pile reversal, sometimes called pooling or watermarking, may remain after cleaning.

Are carpet fibers really plastic?

Many carpets use synthetic polymer fibers such as nylon, polyester, polypropylene, or triexta—materials in the plastic family. But carpet is not all plastic: wool and other natural fibers are also used. Fiber type, carpet construction, wear, and pile direction all affect its appearance and how we clean it.

Try looking from the other side of the room

Compare the same patch from opposite directions, then notice it in different lighting. If it changes from light to dark, shading may be part of what you see. This is a clue, not a diagnosis: soil and wear can still be present. A water-like outline alone does not prove moisture damage.

What to expect from cleaning: We check the carpet with you and explain which marks may improve and which look like wear or shading. The goal is clean carpet, with an honest explanation of anything that may remain.

A few things homeowners ask

How long does the carpet take to dry?

Carpet type, humidity and airflow affect drying time. We’ll give you guidance at the visit. Keep pets and unnecessary foot traffic off damp carpet, and take care stepping onto hard floors.

Will every stain come out?

Some spots improve with cleaning or specialty treatment, but bleach marks, dye loss, fiber damage and some set-in stains are permanent. We’ll explain what we expect before starting.

Does the $99 package cover any three rooms?

It covers up to 3 rooms with 300 square feet total. Larger areas and extra rooms cost more. Use the estimate builder above or give us a call to talk through your home.

Should I tell you about heavy soil?

Yes—mention heavy traffic lanes, pet accidents and badly stained areas when booking so we can plan enough time. We’ll confirm any recommended extras with you before cleaning.

Do you clean furniture or tile too?

Yes. Explore upholstery and mattress cleaning or tile and grout cleaning.
